Functional Fitness

Functional Fitness is a combination of body weight exercises, cardio and weight lifting. It trains your muscles to work together and prepares them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do in sports, home or at work. The program can be modify to each individual in order to strength your specific weaknesses and tailoring the exercises to your goals
